WOG stands for the water, oil, and gas rating for the valve and reflects the maximum pressure capability of the valve at 100 F. You don't need an exact replacement. It just needs to be WOG 555 or higher - this is probably overkill to begin with, but let's assume it is not. Measure the valve, the threads, the flange, etc. and get another through hull that fits. Staying with same material would probably be good.
That elbow should come off. If it doesn't, get a new one.

The catalog shows triangular bases for the valve, but the discount web site shows a model with circular bases. A phone call might be in order before ordering.
