Water Tanks

Questions about water tanks in the HC 38 - are they located in the keel as in the HC 33? Or are they reasonably accessible for repairs? I'm looking at a HC 38 that's somewhat of a "project" but I'd like an idea how much of one.

The Hc33 has its tanks glassed into the keel cavity. The Hc38 has S/S tanks under the cabin sole. We have friends with a Hc38 Telstar that need the tanks re-welded. They told me they slid out one after another. No wood work was harmed and they said it was relatively easy. Thats all I know.
