Can anyone direct me on rough cost for full rig replacement:
-Mast (like Kenyon 6092 at roughly 49 feet)
-Boom
-Spreaders
-All mast and boom fittings
-Standing Rigging

It's the middle of summer. All the sailors who have this insight are out sailing their new rigs.
Seriously, though, these costs change over time, and depend greatly on where you are, and your choices of configuration. Were you planning on replacing the stick? What about the chainplates? These two items together can run you into quite a chunk of change. Think in terms of five digits.
Talk to a rigger. Best one I know of is Brion Toss in Port Townsend, WA.

Not sure if this helps. I had all my standing rigging on our HC33 replaced last year and it ran approximately $8,500.00. I believe the Kenyon mast on Janina is 45 feet.

I am looking at replacing all the wire on a 38 next year in NZ, going to get quotes over next few months, gut feel is about 12k NZD including a mast paint.
