replacement teak decks

Hans Christian Europe now offers replacement teak decks for all HC yachts, in a kit form. If you can make your templates (as during the years many different moulds have been used, and they are not exactly the same), we can supply your complete, finished teak deck in panels, which have to be put in place. No caulking (except the perimeter of the panel) and definitely no sanding of your new teak deck, except for the connection seam on the side walk panels...
You get your new teak deck in a box, with all the materials needed (glue and caulking) and easy to follow DIY manual. The side walks are delivered in pieces up to 3m long, that have to be put together. The connection is not visible after the connection seam is caulked.

This is the easiest way to have professional made teak deck laid down by yourself.

Congratulations on your partnership with Pantawee. It's exciting to see the potential for new HC boats and owners, and equally exciting to have a company providing support/parts for the older fleet. I don't need teak decks at the moment for my 43, but I think your approach will be very well received by folks that do. I scoped out the info on your facebook page and the website, looks good. I think the pricing is very reasonable relative to what a yard would charge to do the job. Quite a few of us with HC's are DIY folks.

We are really trying to see the HC owners happy and give them a support they deserve to have. Even if it is just an insight being needed, or a suggestion on how to solve the problem... We are here to help.

And are working hard to bring the brand in full shine again.
