Kerosene Lamps: Replacing Glass

Postby sedna38t » Thu Jul 27, 2017 3:17 am

We need to replace the glass in two of our small gimbaled kerosene brass lamps that are placed in our galley and our pullman berth. We have the rough estimates of the measurements-- about 1 1/4 in. to 1 3/8 in. at the base, and no higher than 4 1/2 inches tall. Has anyone ever found these? I might have found something close on an antique lamp supplier website, but wondering if anyone has purchased something that worked just right for those lamps.

Aladdin Lamps. They have all the parts for the lamps. You can find them on line. The nob has a number in it and that will be the key to determining what parts fit on your lamp.
