Searching the archives

Postby rick_bradshaw » Tue Aug 08, 2006 2:04 am

Is there a way to search the archives? I don't see a box to input anything to search on. Have I just missed it? If there isn't a way to search, is that something that is planned? Also, is the current archives a combination of the the two archives or just the oldest?

Thanks.
Rick

Certainly. You probably just overlooked it. It is about half way down the dropdown list in the same order as the message board.

The Archives available are teh oldest ones from the first message board, which converted over easy after I stumble upon a script to do it. The last message board is still a work in progress. It got so corrupted I am having to manually fix some stuff before I can even beging teh convertion. I think we even lost a couple hundred posts but it is hard to tell right now. Unfortunately it is going to take some time to fix the last message board messages before they can be converted. Several weeks probably before I can get that loaded on our new message board.

Thanks. I certainly did miss it. I guess it is the new format (at least that's my excuse  ).

Thanks for the hard work. It takes time and isn't all that easy.
