AFAIK the Pilothouse 39 was a 39 Mk II hull (different than the the 38T) and the PH 44 was a 43T hull.

Yeah, I was wondering because the pots here are in about 12 to 20 ft for the most part, when the tidal current is running, it hauls the pots over to a sharp angle making them easier to catch. I live in Middleburg, Va about a 20 min drive from Leesburg, I grew up around Leesburg and know it well. If she ever needs any help, let me know and I'll be a surrogate son for an hour or two! And it is snowing like hell out here, she'll be shovelling again in the morning. Saty warm!

The Telstar can point 5 degrees higher and is more manuverable in tight quarters than the long keel.I can`t remember if it is a half knot faster or if its a half knot faster than a 41T which I
thought where all Telstar`s

Every 41T I've ever seen has a skeg hung rudder and a cut-away forefoot. I wonder though, if they called them Telstars? I don'r know.
