Try www.sealsdirect.co.uk they have the sizes to fit the HC43T ports (both oval & round).

If you contact them by e-mail say you want the size that Mike Coates (C-Consultants) uses they have the sizes I've had on file & they definately fit.

The one for the oval ports is an expanded neoprene but they will have to cut a white natural rubber to fit the citcular ports.

I just finished replacing all my port gaskets. I purchased the material from McMaster-Carr (www.mcmaster.com). They have a good selection. I used part number 93085K114 for the elliptical portlights which were really easy to use and comes with it's own adhesive backing. I'm trying 9616K444 for the smaller round portlights in the vberth and aft cabins. So far they seem to work well but am waiting for a good downpour.

Thank you Mike ... I placed an order with your UK outfit sealsdirect. They seemed to be well focused on the marine application and use and of great assistance. I will be largely using 9mm x 6mm as my measurements are 3/8" x 1/4" and from experience, if you use the actual size, the portlight will not properly close.
