Prop flange

Hi all we are hauled out in a yard in Qld, Australia and the sling has bent our prop shaft. we need to remove it and we just cant get the flange off,,,,any hints?

Other than heat and hammer, I have had great luck with ATF and Acetone in a 50/50 mix. Put a collection bucket/container under it, and pour the mix on it often or if you can figure a way to soak it. I soaked a 25 yr old windlass and a gimballed radar mount that both had stainless in aluminum. Both came apart without breaking anything.

I'll second that ATF and acetone mix. Cheap and better than any commercial penetrant. There's a study out there somewhere. I'll let you look for it.
