1986 Christina

I'm a new owner of this Christina and want to refurbish her back to good condition. Since there is no owner's manual I'm learning as I go. Simple things trip me up, like why am I only pulling water from one tank? Once I figure that out I'll know for the future.
If you know of a place I can find information about these boats please let me know.
I'll post what I know on this site if people are still active. If everyone had moved to Facebook I'm post there.

My Christina is hull #6 and doesn't have all the teak on the deck and coach roof. I have two aft state rooms and captain's quarters forward with a Pullman berth to port, a dressing table to starboard and the head in the V.

I need to clean and paint the deck as the previous owner started and made a mess of it. I have some moderate water readings in the deck aft of the windlass and chainplates. I want to replace the old galley oven with something nicer. I have a Jabsco head that needs replacing with something better.

Does anyone know if it would be advisable to put the inner forestay on a removable fitting so I could tack my jib easier when not using the inner sail?
