Hi - I am hoping to participate in a couple offshore races in our HC 48. Does anyone know the answer to the question below: Thanks!
I am trying to make sure we qualify for all of the requirements for the races and we need proof of compliance of a minimum stability index of 115; as determined by section 106 of the orc Rating system 2009, ORC International & ORC Club. Someone on the owners website may have this or know where to get it. Possibly The designer?? Any ideas?

Our 48 came in with a stability rating of 133 after performing a manual test and review of the original design drawings. Thanks to Scott Sprague for providing the drawings.
Just got a PHRF of 161 (after review). Was 120 before it was reassessed.
