I have this boat under contract in Annapolis. Any information on her history would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure the the original poster backed out of the deal due to water issues with the decks.

Sorry but I just saw these posts. Yes, I rejected the yacht due to severe water intrusion down into the decks and beyond. It was a shame. I must say I did not like the layout anywhere near as much as I expected.
