New Steering both upper and lower

New Water System including new tanks and new Water Heater

New Diesel Stove System
Full repaint
Full exterior brightwork refinish
Mast rerigged
Mast repainted
Mast rewired
New Chainplates

Internal additions include a new teak wall custom built in main cabin to hide fiberglass

I would post this in the Buy, Sell and Trade forum but apparently do not ave permission to do so.

Also new are the exhaust system, lighting (exterior and interior), helm wheels, propeller and more.

We are only looking to sell because financial outlooks have changed drastically for us. We have over $150,000 into her with the receipts and work warranties to prove it. She comes with warranties on all of the work done.

We are only looking to get back our work money on her with a small buffer and would part with her for about $175k.

This is about as good a deal as you will find on a fully refinished HC39 PH. When I say everything has been redone I mean stem to stern, everything.
