First Aide Kit

We bought an offshore first aid kit and suplimented it before we took off cruising. Things nice to have on hand are splints, a burn kit (used twice already) and lots of other stuff. We consulted with a doctor friend of ours about prescriptions and ended up with four different antibiotics (each has it's own purpose), stuff for gastrointestinal, and a few other things he suggested. We probably took much more than we needed as in Central America everything can be easily purchased at any pharmacy without a prescription. But it's nice to have things on hand when in remote areas.

You might take a look at some first aid kits then add to it. Talking to your doctor might be a good idea too.
