I recently bought on amazon a `Seloc' Yanmar manual (I believe it is a US publication) that covers virtually all the Yanmar engines. A mine of information for those of you with a Yanmar engine.

Cost in the UK £16.00

I just ordered a Yanmar manual for the 4JH2-DTE from a local Yanmar dealer. It arrived and appears to be a (poor) photo copy of a manual and they want $80.00 Canadian for it.

What kind of shape is your manual in?

Is it a photo copy of an original?

I am also thinking I should get a parts manual too.

Its an original manual printed by an independent company & covers most servicing/re-builds etc. I'm very satisfied with it.

Do you know if they still stock these manuals?

If so, would it be possible to get some contact information.

cheers, Paul

I suggest you try Amazon in the USA.

To Whom it May Concern:

I have one of the original (brown cover) service manuals (publication F027A2223) for the 2QM20(H) and the 3QM30(H), which includes diagrams and info for the 3QM30(F) as well. If anyone is interested, I can run it up to Kinko's and provide PDFs or hard copies for the cost of scanning or printing.
