Hello everyone...
I'm considering trucking my HC38 across Australia (Brisbane to Perth). The trucking company wants to know the length of the mast??? Anyone know?
Also does the mast go through the deck?

I've had a 48 and currently have a 43, but I took a quick look at the brochure (which you can find on the site if you want/need more info). Looks like 49'.

A little late, but just measured mine on a 79 38t and mine is 55'

I am currently re-fitting my mast. Measured from top to base it is 49'-0" It is a LeFiell Mast and is deck stepped. Boat is a 1979 HC 38T.

You can't really take measurements from one boat to use on another, they will vary from boat to boat.
